Terms & Conditions

By using Graves County Busted Mugshots, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. This is a private navigation guide and not an official Graves County, Kentucky government record system.

Private reference only: The site stores no official Graves County Jail roster, sheriff file, Mayfield or Wingo police report, court record, or Kentucky DOC record. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a legal request for a visitor.

Permitted use

You may read and link to this guide for personal knowledge, public-record navigation, safety information, court-process research, and other lawful purposes. You agree not to use the site to stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate, intimidate, or expose a person to danger. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, send malicious code, scrape the site at scale, or interfere with another visitor’s use.

Information about an arrest or booking is an accusation only. It must not be described as a conviction unless an official court record supports that specific statement. The official jail link, the sheriff records route, and the Graves court page may change without notice.

Restricted decisions and legal status

This site is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide a consumer report. Site content and linked records may not be used for credit, employment, hiring, insurance, housing, tenant screening, lending, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or another applicable law. The site is not a private investigation firm, attorney, bail agent, or government office.

Nothing here is legal advice. A visitor with a warrant, court matter, expungement question, record dispute, or safety concern should contact the relevant office or a licensed attorney. Kentucky’s KCOJ expungement guidance and KRS 61.8746 are starting sources, not a substitute for case-specific advice.

External sources

Links may lead to the Graves County Jail, Sheriff’s Department, Mayfield Police, Wingo Police directory, Kentucky Court of Justice, Kentucky DOC, federal locators, newspapers, or third-party indexes. This site does not control their availability, accuracy, data handling, fees, removal practices, or legal terms. A third-party local mugshot page is not an official roster, and the site does not rehost its photographs.

Visitors should verify current custody with the jail at 270-247-9829, verify sheriff records with 270-247-4501, and verify a court case with the Graves clerk at 270-247-1733. A later state record can be checked through KOOL, but KOOL does not cover every local booking.

Accuracy, availability, and liability

Public pages can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, removed, or unavailable. A jail portal can fail, a person can be transferred, and a news story can omit a disposition. The guide is provided as-is for general reference without a promise that every link, address, field, date, or description is current. Verify with the originating office before acting or visiting.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site owner is not responsible for loss, injury, decision, claim, or dispute arising from use of this guide or an external source. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot legally be waived.

Ownership and access

The site’s original text, organization, branding, and design are owned by the site operator or used with permission. Government records and third-party material remain subject to the rights and rules of their originating owners. Permission to use the site is limited, personal, and revocable. Access may be suspended or ended after misuse, interference, or a breach of these terms.

Indemnity and Kentucky law

To the extent allowed by law, a visitor agrees to defend and indemnify the site owner against claims, costs, or losses caused by the visitor’s unlawful use, misuse of linked information, or violation of these terms. Kentucky law governs these terms without changing any right that applicable law says cannot be waived.

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce one provision once does not waive it later.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the Graves County Jail, sheriff, police, court, DOC, or linked-source landscape changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions about an official record belong with the office that holds it. For site-navigation issues, use the Contacts page for the correct government route.
